What defines the limit of each plan?

Two ceilings. The number of monitored competitors (1 on Professional, 3 on Business, 5 on Enterprise) and the volume of engagements analyzed per week, both for your brand and for each competitor. On Professional the ceiling is 1,500 brand engagements per week and 500 per competitor. On Enterprise it rises to 10,000 for the brand and 500 per competitor, across up to 5 competitors. The higher the plan, the deeper the analysis and the more competitors in the benchmark.

What happens when my brand's or a competitor's engagement limit is exceeded?

The analysis switches to sampling. Instead of processing 100% of engagements, the system selects a representative subset within the plan ceiling and projects the result to the total. Example: you're on Professional, ceiling of 1,500 brand engagements per week. In a normal week your posts generate 1,200 engagements, below the ceiling, so everything is analyzed with no sampling. In a week with a viral post they generate 3,000. The system reads a representative sample of 1,500 (half) and projects. If 22% of that sample are your ICP decision-makers, the report shows roughly 22%, around 660 decision-makers that week, rather than counting one by one. For competitors the same logic applies relative to the per-competitor ceiling. What triggers the overflow is volume: many posts in the week or one post that goes viral. A quieter week stays below the ceiling and runs a full census.

Does sampling make the numbers less reliable?

Not in any alarming sense. A representative sample of a few hundred engagements already estimates percentages with good stability, the same principle as electoral polling, which projects an entire country from a few thousand interviews. What changes is the nature of the number: ICP percentage and composition come as estimates, not exact counts. The nominal list of decision-makers only includes those who fell within the analyzed sample. If you need a full census of a high-volume profile, the path is to upgrade your plan, which raises the ceiling.

What is basic ICP?

The classification of who engages by job title. For each person who reacted, commented, or shared, the system identifies their title and marks whether they are a decision-maker in your ICP. Example: you sell to HR and defined CHRO, Head of HR, and HR Manager as your ICP. Basic ICP tells you what percentage of your engagers hold those titles, that is, whether the content is attracting decision-makers or just peers and curious onlookers. It answers 'is the right audience reacting?' but does not yet identify which company they are from.

What is deep ICP (add-on)?

The layer that resolves the company of each engager, not just the job title. For each engager who passed the ICP-by-title filter, it identifies the company, industry, and size. Example: basic ICP tells you a CHRO engaged. Deep ICP tells you it's the CHRO of a 2,000-employee retail company. That's the information that turns engagement into pipeline: it becomes a named, qualifiable account, not a floating title. Because it is more expensive to compute, it is charged as an add-on at 50% on top of the plan.

Why is the analysis limit per competitor rather than a shared total?

So that the benchmark for each competitor stays stable. If it were a total divided among them, a plan with 5 competitors would give each a small slice, too thin a sample for reliable audience composition reads. Example: 800 engagements divided by 5 gives 160 per competitor, not enough to estimate each one's audience composition with confidence. With a per-competitor ceiling, each one has its own depth, and the comparison between you and each competitor remains solid.
